HR Specialist - Full-Time Position (Work From Home, Manila Time)

Nordic Quality is an extremely awesome, up-and-coming, online-based company selling physical products under several of our own brands — the main of which is in the gym and fitness category.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an HR specialist who is experienced in recruitment and data organization, has the commitment, and is awesome like us. He/she will be working full-time for 40 hours a week on a fixed schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PHT (with an hour-long lunch break in between) from Monday to Friday. He/she must have/be the following:

-Communication skills
-Organizational skills
-Coordination skills
-Decision-making skills
-Training and developmental skills
-Administrative skills
-Time management skills
-Research skills
-Ability to multitask
-Stable Internet connection (Having a backup is a plus!)
-A reliable laptop (Having a backup is a plus!)
-Headphones/earphones (For meetings)

A plus:
Creative writing and proofreading skills/experience
(This is not a big requirement as long as there is experience in writing/content creation and the ability to be trained.)

What would the tasks be?
-Spearhead the process of recruiting candidates and hiring skilled individuals
--Create job listings
--Screen applicants
--Interview applicants
--Arrange job interview schedules with the CEO
-Organize orientation and monitor training for new and existing hires
-Ensure that the company follows employment laws
-Conduct disciplinary actions
-Update policies
-Maintain employee records
-Track employee leave credits consumption
-Handle employee queries and concerns

Other tasks:
-Write content (upon CEO’s instruction)
-Work together with different departments to create innovative content ideas, if needed
-Proofread content written by other writers
-Create internal SOP’s for HR tasks
