DIGITAL MARKETING / SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING / CONTENT CREATOR
Main Duties
• Plan & execute all Digital Marketing activities including SEO, SEM, Social Media, PPC &
• Create creative and content writing on social media and web publications.
• Increase and maintain social media activity, engagement, retention, postings and followings.
• Assess current running campaigns and recommend improvements.
• Assist in the company’s management for the development of an online marketing plan to achieve sales goals along with brand awareness by understanding company vision, current sales progress.
• Constant communication with the Team & Management on project development, timelines, and results.
• Design and successfully launch campaigns of Ecommerce products related to Beauty & Spa, Dining, Activities and Travel, brand awareness, & promotions.
• Recommend changes to the website architecture, content, user experience, and other factors to improve SEO ranking.
• Monitor & effectively execute SEO strategy by considering long-tail keywords to the right audience and target market.
• Research competitor analysis and creating audience (based on pixel data) for future improvement.

• Writing engaging, attracting and relevant ads on featured product and services.
• Monitor customer behavior, results, activity and engagement on a daily basis.
• Landing page optimization to get maximum conversions.
• Measure and report performance of all Digital Marketing Campaigns, assessing against the goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, creative content, and media, website development requirements.
• Knowledgeable in SEO, SEM and analytic tools in Digital Marketing to evaluate activities.
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Submit monthly reports if marketing plan and strategy have achieved the goals or not and to find solutions on encountered issues.
Experience Required
• Knowledgeable in Travel Industry (GCC Market) and has ecommerce experience.
• Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM/SMM, content writing,
• Highly creative experience in identifying the target audience, scheduling digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate lead generation.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, GTM, SEMrush).
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords Campaigns.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
• Strong analytical skills, IT, web development and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
