Looking for exceptional person to lead my team (Project manager) - full time

We are an ecommerce company with a big online store selling different types of products online. We are looking for project manager - someone who is highly experienced in leading a big team and understanding online marketing.

We need someone highly experienced with hiring other VAs, train them and lead them to achieve their goals.

The project manager will need to:

* Train new / existing VA's
* Hiring of new VA's
* Lead the team, motivate them to keep pushing and reach their goals.
* Track their performance, give me a detailed spreadsheets showing me all the data.
