Customer Service with eCommerce and Amazon experience

MinMaxDeals company is a wholesale distributor of branded cosmetics for e-commerce businesses.
We are currently looking for customer support for a full time.
Go above and beyond to "Wow" our customers. We aren't looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for those who can engage with our customers and think critically to help customers find the right products, set up their accounts, track down orders, and sometimes get creative with solutions

Duties:
o Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries
o Replying to opening a new account request
o Adding contacts to our contact list
o Working in Constant Contact
o Working with clients
o Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client
o Maintain and update regular client correspondence
o Make suggestions to improve communications and processes where necessary
o Keep record and log of follow up and interactions with customers
o Data entry
o Looking for a new customers




Requirements:
o Experience with Amazon Marketplace (Seller Central, Amazon Policies, Guidelines, Regulations such as ungating, approvals, preparation procedures, etc)
o Quite work environment (answering the phone calls, Clear English pronunciation )
o Availability to work Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm PST (Pacific Time)
o High level of professionalism
o Strong problem-solving abilities
o Experience in customer service or B2B Wholesale sales
o Ability to communicate with warmth and empathy through written communication & on the phone
o Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
o Any additional tasks or duties as assigned
o Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client
