I am looking for a Virtual Assistant who is experienced, organized, and dedicated to supporting my business. Ideally, we can work together flexibly on a long-term basis if it's the right fit. To be considered for the role, you must be fluent in written English, organized, have strong attention to detail and research skills, and have a basic understanding of social media marketing and content creation.

General knowledge of all social media platforms*
Social media schedulers*: I use Agorapulse but I will train you if you have used any other programs
MS & Google Suite* (Excel, G- sheets, & docs)
Canva
Trello, Asana, and/or Notion
Booking tools like Calendly or Book like a Boss
Dropbox*
Wordpress* (I use Elementor Pro + Wordpress)
Course hosting websites ex. Kajabi, Searchie Pro, Membervault etc.
Loom*
If you do not know how to use some of the tools I will train you.
Please make sure you have a fast, reliable, internet connection.
Before hiring for the long-term position, I’m offering a paid test project (1-2 hours) designed to help us evaluate how well we will work together. If you want to be considered for the long-term role, you’ll need to apply for this role and complete this assignment, which you will be paid for, then I will interview you for the position. We will start hourly- (paid weekly) and then move to a retainer (terms open to discussion).
