Build my APP

I am looking for some one to build my APP using an APP builder like APPY PIE, unless you are more familiar with another one and have good results with it. I need this done this month so please make sure you are available before you apply.

My APP must:
play but not download audio
updated weekly
have IAP
Need to be accepted on Itunes and Google- functionality is a MUST


This is just some of it. There is a lot more. This is an APP for a spiritual based business.
