This role is remote with company headquarters in Vancouver, BC, Canada. You’ll work directly with the CEO who will work with you on strategic and big picture goals.
As the CLIENT SUCCESS ADVOCATE, you will be responsible for communicating with the customers, supporting the current client base, supporting the sales team, setting up and coordinating the appointments, planning and arranging various tasks, such as maintenance of the homes under management, coordinating the set up of listings, doing research and preparing reports. Your main job is the satisfaction of our clients.
We do not stop until every client is happy.
We would like someone with specific experience in customer service, real estate experience is a bonus.
Your job will be to maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure clients' success through the support of our sales team and clients themselves. Our sales team mostly works in the field or are in appointments and rely on you to keep all our clients informed and taken care of. The ability to organize, plan, and structure your workload in an autonomous fashion will be absolutely key to your success in this role. We neither have the time nor the inclination to micromanage you. You’ll have a lot of freedom in this role but also a lot of responsibility.

Communication Skills.
You must have a natural way with words. You’ll be communicating directly with our clients via

You must be resourceful and able to adapt to a changing environment. You will be dealing with a variety of situations dealing with different homes and circumstances. You have to think on your feet and come up with solutions as you go. We believe in learning by doing. Occasional failure is just a learning experience.
Tech-savvy.
You don’t need to be a technical expert but you must be tech-savvy and be able to quickly learn how to use new marketing tools and technologies. While we don’t expect you to know all of the tools we use, we do expect you to be comfortable with them and able to pick up the concepts. Your daily tools of the trade will be CRM systems, content management systems,
Leadership potential.
You’ll be working as a client success advocate, but as your team grows, we fully expect this role to morph into a team leader role where you will manage a team of client success advocates and 3rd party vendors.
Project management.
Ideally, you’ve had experience in project management. A large part of this role is creating and adhering to deadlines, ruthless prioritizing, and moving simultaneous projects forward to completion. You know how to get the right people involved to get the job done.
Attitude. Teachable and coachable.
There will be a LOT of learning on the job as we do marketing very differently. There is no place here for know-it-alls. We hire based primarily on
Additional Skills Preferred for Extra Points:
Marketing CRM experience (Bitrix24 a plus!)
Prior customer service experience
Experience in real estate and property management
Familiarity with Buildium
Marketing and research experience
