Office / Social Media Manager Wanted – Diary management, Reporting, Social Media/Blog Posting, Business Research

Below is a list of the things that you will love doing:

• Diary management and email management for MD
• Client management and on-boarding of new clients
• Weekly progress meetings with MD
• Oversee other remote VAs and telemarketers and report back to MD
• Organisation of workshops – booking of venue, writing copy for invite, adding to Eventbrite and website
• Recording of KPIs from telemarketers
• Create and manage social media posts (including creation of basic graphics)
• Write monthly blog posts for website
• Creation & sending of e-newsletters to clients and prospects for workshops, as required
• Management of MD’s LinkedIn, using Sales Navigator to identify target market contacts and send connection requests
• Management of CRM and Data input
• Data research (web based) to qualify data for telemarketers and for MD meetings with potential clients

Experience using Google drive is essential. Experience using Canva and Eventbrite are desirable

This is a full time role of 30 hours per week, working 9.30am - 3.30pm GMT
