QA Lead

We are a gaming company that develops 2d games in multiple platforms. We are seeking active and experienced Webmaster who will be able to deliver good results.
As the QA Tester you are expected perform variety of tasks on your own. The role requires you as someone who is capable of testing and debugging with feedback regarding refinements and what needs to be tuned to ensure quality and playability of the game. One should always assure the quality of every part of the game no matter how small the detail is. Another is, the role requires someone who is patient yet keen and observant to every bit of the flaws before the game goes live to the public. To keep track of the problems and different understanding of each element of the game and its functions. To be not only the identifier of the problems and flaws, but also someone who finds out what is the root of those flaws. A person who has a resolution type of attitude with regards to conflicts and passionate in collaborating to achieve product quality and better results with desired outputs, definitely the person for the job.

Job Requirements:
College Graduate
Preferably 2-5 years experience QA testing/ Test cases/ Test plans/ Game Tester or any position relevant to the said job
Atleast 3 year(s) experience in a related field for this position
Knowledgeable in debugging, tuning and testing games or products relevant to it
Is experienced in managing a QA team with regards to test cases and test plans
Knows how to manage people
Has a relevant IT/ programming background
Is Analytical and methodical
Has a systematic touch regarding methods and processes
Has the ability to adapt and learn new techniques required
Must have High level of observation skills with regards to finding flaws and causes
Is keen to details as to precision towards work
Ability pay close attention to every bit of the game’s details and how it can be solved
Very patient with troubleshooting and playing the game for long period of time
An effective person in multi-tasking and working with minimum supervision
Strong and reliable internet connection
Team player and Self- motivated
Fluent in English
Able to meet strict deadlines
Can work under pressure
Have passion for gaming
Can work for Full-time (Working hours 10:00am- 7:00pm)

Primary Responsibilities:
Overseeing all aspects of quality assurance including game development, metrics to be established and the necessary changes to be done to ensure quality goals are met
To establish the best practices for evolution of QA processes
To act as the primary person responsible for final assessments, QA releases, QA services and all coordination needs
Leading and mentoring the QA team members
Execution and development of test cases, scripts and plans & procedures
To release live verifications with regards to game testing
Leading projects with regards to the game, it includes writing test plans and test cases as well
Regularly communicate bugs, glitches, flaws and all status with risks about the game
Lastly, is to facilitate brainstorming and question & answer for progress of every game development QA testing
