JOB OVERVIEW

E Commerce
• In charge of full spectrum of all online e-commerce platforms and own the brand store, managing performance to exceed high growth targets which will be attractively compensated.
• Ensure proper set up of operations in channel management and partnership with key platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, RedMart Grab and all other Ecommerce platforms.
• Manage the promotion, price & merchandising strategy and actively collaborate with marketplace managers.
• Implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive more traffic to all our company social media platforms eg Facebook, Instagram and to grow our company’s E-store business.
• Product Listing and De-listing in E commerce platforms. Maintaining stock availability and monitoring the sales and developing strategies to boost the sales in all the platforms and to maintain product listings and upload creative assets
• Liaising and preparing e-commerce activity e.g., Order fulfilment, last mile delivery, visibility dashboard with suppliers based on customer requirements.
• Proactively track shipments and notify customers of relevant deviations from the delivery plan, including potential solutions or alternatives coordinate with the fulfilment centre for issues.
• Lead negotiations with account managers, execute e-commerce campaign and marketing strategies
• Consolidate sales performance from each platform for reporting.


Social Media and Community marketing
• Social media managers create and maintain brand promotions, company information and marketing campaigns for the company across several different social media networks. monitor social media analytics using free or Paid tools and respond to questions and comments according to the company’s voice and guidelines.
• Work with the Digital agency team - Social media managers work with the digital agency to produce new content for , constantly innovating to push new ideas and formats and measuring how well those ideas perform.
• Drive sales with ultra-effective communication (sales-driven communications to the social ad)
• Generate buzz with relevant & timely campaigns -Catch your target market’s attention and create instant sales opportunities with timely campaign
• Participating/creating conversations, identifying advocates and running competitions;
• Analysing, optimising and reporting on the community performance;
