Design Instructor

We are looking for a Design Instructor who creates engaging learning products and experiences in 500 Designs. You design, develop, and deliver the instructional materials that result in acquisition and application of knowledge and skills. You also take into consideration what materials and methods work best for your learners. You conduct training sessions to improve the learner's knowledge and skills.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and edit instructional materials (modules, presentations, simulations, etc)
- Assess learning needs and methods
- Create engaging learning activities and exercises that enhance the learning process
- Conduct instructional research and analysis
- Implement learning programs
- Ensure effectivity of learning materials and increase retention
- Conduct training sessions and evaluate learner’s progress
- Design and improve training programs and materials

What You Should Have:
- 10+ years of proven work experience as an Instructional Designer, preferably in a design agency
- Knowledge of digital design (UI/UX design, graphic design, art direction, etc)
- Excellent project management, facilitation, presentation and planning skills
- Knowledge of Learning Management System
- Knowledge of and practical application of Adult Learning Theory and instructional design principles (optional)
