Looking for a fun attic conversion project to keep on your resume? We'd love to work with you to help bring our "lofty" (pun intended) vision into a reality. My wife and I are working on a new home/ High-End Short Term Rental investment property and space is at a premium. We have a 1-year-old with hopefully more kids on the way and we need a way to convert our 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse into a 3/3.5 with the help of a HUGE unused
- Create 3d model (prefer sketchup, but open to other platforms) that shows the 3rd floor attic drawn to dimensions.
- This layout should include the attic in its current form (without rafters), stairs up to the attic, and the portion of the 2nd story (floor below the attic) that will be impacted by the stairs
- This layout does not need to include the walled-in spaces, or any other furniture, fixtures,
Future Project (phase 2)
- The candidate that we hire for the above initial project will likely end up being the individual we hire to draw up more detailed blue prints for the conversion.
- This will include a bathroom, master bedroom, and sitting area
