Video Editor for Youtube

Looking for a video editor to edit videos for a new YouTube channel (the channel will be about fiction books, reviews, and book reading vlogs).

Preferred if you can also make thumbnails and do YouTube optimization.

Looking to hire per video for the first few videos, then can pay on a continuous schedule if I like quality.
