Our customers are friendly and we enable you to d ---------- what you can do to make the customer happy.

Your tasks would include
- Answering phone calls
- Engaging in live chats
- Replying to emails
- Talk to our warehouse and make sure everything is the way it should be
- Provide style advice (no worries, we train you)
- Orchestrate returns
- Work on our Magento platform
- Wordpress content preparation
- image cropping and placement in wordpress
- Adding Tags and making sure everything is ready to be published
- Write and prepare Email templates
- Transcribe youtube videos, create links and make sure videos are ready to be published
etc

No worries, we have training, systems and processes in place that help you reach your potential. So if there is something you cannot do, we will teach you.

You would work independently from home but also as a remote team Lora and Suzane, Hanna, Ana, Preston, Jack, Chris, Teresa, Jon, Martin and a few others, who are fantastic employees that have a lot of experience and that you can ask for help in case something is unclear, or just chat about the latest thing.

Ideally, you like to talk to people and help them solve issues.
We strongly encourage prior job experience at a call center but don’t worry our customers are happy and just need help. Our average review score is 4.94 out of 5
