Professional Financial Solutions is seeking to hire a remote IT and Administrative Assistant to work in our full-service bookkeeping and tax office which is located in California, United States. Your job duties will include a dual role of working alongside our Technology Manager to assist with technical tasks and our working alongside our Office Administrator to work on admin tasks.

Qualifications:
• Must type 70 WPM (you will be tested)
• Must have minimum internet speeds of 15/15 mbps (download/upload)
• Team player with excellent communication skills in English
• Full-time availability at 40 hours / week , Mon - Fri (Pacific Standard Time)
• Must be proficient with computers/able to troubleshoot common computer technical issues
• Comfortable with Windows 10 & Control Panel
• Comfortable with Google Docs & Microsoft Office
• Comfortable drafting
• Able to follow written instructions
• Ask questions when instructions are unclear
• Ability to diagnose problems on Windows computers
• Capable of writing clear and concise instructions
• Be organized and detail oriented
Bonus Qualifications (Not Required):
• Experience using command lines/terminal
• Experience providing customer support
• Experience fixing common computer problem
• Experience performing research and compiling/summarizing the results.
