Primary Responsibilities/Expectations

Field numerous calls throughout the day, both returning inbound calls and cold calling.
Diligent follow up with clients
Proactively suggests ideas to improve sales process and pitch (We want a go-getter who is always searching for ways to improve!)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers
Goal oriented and driven to earn top incentive payouts
Strong Customer Service skills
General Technical knowledge (G-Suite)
Industry: Real Estate
(Some real estate experience preferred)
