Thank you for taking the time to review this job posting. We are a fast-growing small business working in ecommerce and local sales. Our company is looking for a Virtual Assistant to support our team remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various tasks, including listing items on eBay, updating eBay listings, researching market trends, cross-posting between other e-commerce platforms, handling social media accounts and other duties. Our virtual assistant should specialize in services such as creating meaningful titles, writing informative descriptions, cropping and resizing product images.

For this role, a strong internet connection and reliable computer will be required.

Responsibilities

Listing items on eBay
Updating existing listings - pricing, titles, item specifics
Researching market trends
Cross-listing and removing items that sold from other platforms
Maintain Facebook/Instagram accounts
Other duties as needed

Requirements

Strong, reliable internet connection
Previous, recent eBay experience either as a VA or reseller
Must be intimately familiar with eBay and listing practices
Must have experience researching and pricing items on eBay
Excellent written English skills
Understand spoken English directions
Solid organizational skills
Experience with word processing software and spreadsheets
Excellent time management skills
