We are in need of a part-time Google Ads Specialist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

- Targeted Ad Creation
- Setting up new campaigns (display, search, etc)
- Campaign AB testing and optimization
- Audience research
- Create custom audiences
- Monthly reporting on campaign metrics
- Taking initiative when you see opportunities to make campaigns better, letting us know your opinion even if we don’t ask for it
- Comprehensive Bidding Strategy & Budget Management
- Analyzing results and adjusting budgets accordingly
- Landing Page & Conversion Rate Consultation
- Campaign Structure Optimization
- Cost Per Lead (CPL) or Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) Analysis
- Google Shopping Feed Management
- Competitor Research
- Monitor and adjust the campaigns daily, weekly & monthly basis

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST have proven experience/skills in Google Ads
At least 1 year experience in Google Ads
Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
Attention to detail
Above average communication and coordination skills

-MUST BE PROACTIVE.

-A keen eye for detail
-Time management and multitasking abilities
-Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude

Technical Requirements:
- legitimate Windows 10 OS - minimum of 8GB RAM
- minimum processor: Intel: i3 7th gen, Intel: i5 4th gen, AMD: A8 - 5000 series and higher, AMD Ryzen 3 series - 2200 G and higher
- Stable high-speed (preferably wired) internet connection (at least 10-20Mbps)
- A stable power supply in your area
