JOB OVERVIEW

We are a SaaS company with 5-6 years of record providing monitoring, listing & auto ordering services for dropshippers looking for an enthusiastic techical customer support agents. You must have prior experience in using a monitor and basic understanding in Dropshipping to eBay.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 Years Experience working with eBay stores (Dropshipping)
- Being familiar with Amazon as source is an advantage
- Minimum 2 Years Experience in Customer Service via e-mail/chat
- Must be Fluent in English
- Must have stable Wi-Fi
- Must be able to respond to customer chat inquiries within 20 minutes
- Must be university or college-educated
- Experience in using ---------- is an advantage
Your Tasks will be supporting our users with the following issues:
- Auto Orders from Amazon support - check orders shipping status / cancel orders / chat with Amazon for refund / create return labels / manual orders
- Technical support for the users of our software (listing errors, understanding monitor settings and monitor functioning)
- Handling / forwarding refund requests, subscription changes and basic retention of our users
You Must Be:
COMMUNICATIVE: Making sure we’re in the loop with what is going on with you is super important. Better to over-communicate than under-communicate.
