- Making calls to gather information from prospects
- CRM Administration: Updates, and data entry

Key Qualifications:

- Must have at least 1 year call center experience
- Must be capable of speaking good, FLUENT English
- Must have headset (for calling)
- Must be reliable (you need to be able to CONSISTENTLY show up to work ON TIME).
- Must be Tech Savvy. Need to know how to use a smartphone, google chrome, and learn how to use web-based applications (but it's basically point and click) …
- Must have typing skills.
- Must send a typing skills test from ---------- and type at least 45 WMP.
- Must have a positive attitude. People who will excel in this position are coach-able and open to constructive criticism to get better quickly.
