RECRUITER

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the recruitment processes, through both internal and external channels, from junior to senior level positions;
- Support hiring managers in defining candidate profiles;
- Define recruitment channels that should be used in the process regarding position level, duties, location, etc.;
- Create job ads and post them at relevant job ad websites, LinkedIn and/or other social media;
- Screen candidates and present a shortlist to the hiring manager;
- Conduct interviews and test relevant candidates;
- Advice Hiring Manager to choose the right candidate for their teams;
- Create and send job offers to the selected candidates;
- Inform all candidates who participated in the selection process of its outcome;
- Provide information to the administration regarding employment contract preparation;
- Strong understanding of teams, roles, and job descriptions for all positions within the company;
- Create and update the CV/candidate database for each position;
- Track and update the recruitment process in the applicant tracking system ();
- Be a part of all HR-related processes, when needed.

Skills That Will Help You Succeed:
- Fluent in English, verbal, and in writing;
- Graduate in human resources or related discipline;
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in recruiting, ideally having worked before in a startup and/or with Amazon;
- Strong knowledge in recruitment tools and channels, including LinkedIn and Social Media;
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and function effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- High sense of confidentiality
