JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Sydney, Australia-based Property Management company looking for a full-time, home based Property Manager/Repairs Co-ordinator to work with our property management operations.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
Property Manager/Maintenance / Repairs Co-ordinator
-Respond to tenant maintenance issues via email and text message and calls on our multichannel support platform
-Co-ordinating these issues with tradesmen, property owners, property agents and keeping track of them
-Follow our "handbook" on resolving common issues by property
- you'll be working with one other person doing the same role

Skills/Experience
We are invested in our tea ---------- mbers’ success. You will go really far if you have
-Experience in real estate / co-ordinating maintenance issues is a big plus
-Experience in other related fields is great too e.g. if you’re a handy person yourself or you feel confident describing issues to tradesmen etc
-A great communicator with a practical mind
-Calm and collected under pressure

Work schedule (This is a full-time position)
- Thursday - 4pm - 10pm (30min break included)
- Friday - 4pm - 10pm (30min break included)
- Saturday - 11am - 8pm (1 hour break included)
- Sunday - 11am - 8pm (1 hour break included)
- Monday - 4pm - 10pm (30min break included)
- Tuesday - 4pm - 10pm (30min break included)

Salary
Negotiable 30,000 - 45,000
