Virtual Accounts Admin

Dilate Digital is looking for a work from home virtual assistant to join our growing agency.

Key responsibilities required:
Reviewing and verifying invoices for goods and services
Processing and reconciling purchases in Xero
Reporting on the financial health of the business.
Accounts Receivable. You'll be invoicing our clients and running reports in order to contact our debtors in a timely manner.
Accounts Payable. This will include looking at our costs, ensuring everything gets paid in a timely manner, while managing that all important cash flow.


Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role, with accounting background (preferable)
- Proven experience in working in Xero or other accounting platforms
- Xero Certification - or the willingness to study to get it.
- Knowledge of GST
- Word Processing & Spreadsheet software experience
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong organisational skills
