Do note, contrary to a short-term gig, I'm looking for someone who will be with me for the next 3 - 5 years.

Someone who would eventually be able to lead a business entirely by themselves with minimal support on my end. This goes without saying, you'll be rewarded well for what you'll be able to bring to the table.

You'll be working VERY closely with me, and is a great opportunity for growth.

The role will be intense and demanding, and you would be expected to work on weekends when needed.

BASIC ROLE OVERVIEW:

In this role you’ll be working directly with me on mostly marketing-based tasks across different projects. You are expected to work quickly and still deliver quality in your work.

The marketing projects range across ecommerce brands, financial institutions and brokerages, a crypto education business, health-based service and product businesses, authority sites, and more.

The primary project you'll be working on at the start would be an ecommerce brand.

You'll be exposed to different business models, while playing an important role in scaling the businesses together with me.

HERE'S THE TYPE OF WORK YOU'LL BE DOING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

1. Implementing growth strategies.
2. Building website pages, and populating products on wordpress.
3. Handle PR outreach and Influencer marketing campaigns.
4. Media buying and Analytics (Junior role)
5. Graphics design only when needed.
6. In the near future, project coordination
7. Ad-hoc marketing tasks
8. Continuous learning during lull time.
9. Achieving KPIs given on a timely manner
---------- e analytics and data given as feedback to ---------- 's a job that would require you to continuously grow together with us, and I hope you can see why I stress so much on the 6 traits you'll need - failing to do so would result in termination of our working relationship.

Salary is paid on a per month basis, and duration of hire will depend on performance.

If you do these tasks well, we'll make sure you are well taken-care of.

REQUIREMENTS:

** Fluent English writing and communication.

** Motivated self-learner. You'll be exposed to endless learning opportunities and resources. You must be hungry to learn and take the initiative to stay one-step ahead of 'instructions/guidelines' given. This also means you’re not afraid to receive constructive feedback

** Intelligent and great at figuring things out. Problem are just challenges to be solved.

** A team player, as the business is strongly built on how well each tea ---------- mber can communicate effectively with each other. This also means you’re not the kind of person to blame others and takes personal responsibility.

** Organized and able to closely follow structures, standards and processes. Analytical and data-driven.

** Take the initiative to voice out your thoughts on your thoughts of how to improve our structures, and processes.

** Your own computer, and high-speed internet connection.

** Contingency plans for power brownouts, natural disasters, and personal emergencies.

** Does whatever it takes to deliver KPIs timely.
