Research & Outreach Assistant — Full Time and Long Term

Hi, I’m Justin and I am hiring a full-time, long-term assistant to work for me. I need help researching & contacting people for my podcast (toolkit.fm) and business ventures in the US.

You will help me communicate with some of the most accomplished business people in the world.

I have funding to launch a company, and am currently in the idea exploration phase. I am looking for someone to help accelerate my efforts. This will include tasks requiring researching publicly-available information on the internet, my notes, and documents, organizing it, and writing short business emails and messages. Sometimes you may be asked to create basic marketing material.

This will require following repetitive tasks and processes I design, but I will always appreciate it when you find ways to improve the process.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Researching information on the internet and organizing it (example: find which restaurant reservation system top 50 restaurants in the US use, document it in a Google Sheet)

Emailing people on my behalf (such as: inviting them on the podcast, asking them to meet, scheduling a date & time)
Responding to routine emails

Perks:
-Get paid weekly. My goal is to give you a stable, reliable income.
-I will reward good performance with raises

Salary:
Willing to pay up to $850 month for a skilled & experienced partner. If you have less experience, I may make a lower offer aligned with your skills.
