The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of the company. This includes:
Conduct searches, Initial Screening, testing, and pre-selection
Manages orientation program for employee to the business and culture
Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report, talent database and all related staffing communication.
Meet with different college universities and other technical/vocational schools to create network and request for list of graduates yearly
Other administrative tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
Qualifications:
Male or female, not more than 29 year-old
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management of other Behavioral Sciences
At least 1 to 2 years experience in end-to-end recruitment
Passive learner and shows assertiveness in work
With pleasing personality and possess very good communication skills
