We are looking for a well rounded, technically and mathematically inclined marketing funnel builder and technical manager with evidence of exceptional ability and a strong understanding of engineering first principles, who enjoys working on unique projects that push well beyond the comfort zone.

You relish thoughtful conversations about problems and perfecting designs, but in the end, you know that what matters is pushing through dead-end scenarios and delivering a scalable solution that works every time.

You are a cross-disciplinary leader and are comfortable communicating with clients and across teams.

Job specifications:

- Curate digital marketing funnel builds and split-tests with varying customizations (e.g., ClickFunnels and other funnel builders, WordPress, Ontrapages, Google Optimize, etc.)
- Set up funnel and website tracking for digital marketing campaigns and funnels (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Zapier, Integromat, UTM attribution, etc.)
- Integrate funnels with third-party tools (e.g., CRM, process flow, scheduling, ad attribution, payment processing, webinars, etc.)
- Engineer data flow in CRM, email marketing software, and ad attribution systems (e.g., InfusionSoft, Ontraport, ActiveCampaign, SegMetrics, etc.)
- Conduct funnel and tracking analyses and solve technical issues

Top 5 tasks:
›› Build marketing funnel pages on drag & drop editors like Clickfunnels / WordPress / Ontraport CRM pages
›› Know how to use automation tools & email autoresponders (we use Ontraport CRM)
›› In CRM / Autoresponder, setup email follow-ups, tags etc
›› Will work with all automation tools like zapier to link our systems where required
›› Basic design experience to edit some images quickly, (we have a full time designer for 90% of work)
›› Can find your way through google tracking and analytics

Other tasks:
›› Edit existing websites to make any changes for us and our clients
›› Build marketing 'funnels' - website sales pages
›› Excel spreadsheet building would be helpful but not required
›› Webhook experience would be helpful but not required
›› Facebook and Google ads experience would be helpful but not required
›› SEO optimization is not required but we will be doing this in the future
›› Other activities that serve the team and business as required

Key qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing funnel builds and conversion tracking
- 3+ years of experience in team and project management and client deliverables communication
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, and other similar languages is a plus
