Property Management Executive

Hello to our next Superstar Employee!

We are looking for a team player who has construction/maintenance background for US homes.
We need a teammate who can support resident requests for renovations, maintenance inquiries and basic diagnostics for residential concerns.
Good conversation skills and the ability to think critically is a must. Experience with PropertyWare and/or Property Meld is a plus and will definitely push you through to the next phase of the application a lot faster.

Equipment Requirements:
- i5 processer with 8GB of mem and at least 5MBPS of internet speed
- reliable internet connection and a back-up for internet and power in case of outages
- noise-cancelling headset

Qualifications:
- Background in construction and/or maintenance for US homes
- Fluency in written and spoken professional English language
- Technical proficiency for online applications and a willing attitude to learn
