We are looking for a new virtual executive assistant to support our Commercial Director who’s currently managing multiple businesses. You will manage mostly business-related tasks for the team such as creating reports, organizing calendar/diary, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks. To do this role properly, you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office and Google Suite, be extremely fast at solving problems and have experience as an executive or administration assistant in the past.
Work hours: Flexible

Job Responsibilities:
Report to Director
Calendar Management
Organise meetings
Check reports
Marketing knowledge
Helping prepare for meetings.
Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
Researching various topics
Reminder lists
Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems
Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
Provide general administrative support.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a virtual executive assistant or other relevant administrative support
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and organise a daily workload by priorities
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
Must be a team player.
