Virtual Assistant - Social Media, Lead Gen, Instagram DMs, Email

I’m looking to bring on a virtual assistant to help my marketing agency with lead generation (on TikTok and Instagram), social media posting, managing Instagram DMs, cold email outreach, and managing emails.

Desired applicant skills and qualities:

-Attention to detail
-Ability to communicate well
-Strong grasp of the English language
-Looking for long term employment (will start part-time and shift to full-time)
-Experience with social media Direct Messaging a plus
-Ability to follow instructions
-Experience responding to inbound emails as well as sending cold emails

About me (Mike) and my company:

-I run an influencer and TikTok marketing agency
-I help business grow by finding influencers to promote their products and services (this role will involve communicating with influencers)
-We also run TikTok ads for our clients
-I love traveling. I’m originally from the US, but currently located in Mexico. I will likely visit Asia sometime soon, and possibly even stop in the Philippines!

Job Duties:

-Reaching out to influencers via Instagram DMs and Email
-Finding influencers on TikTok and Instagram that are the right fit for our clients.
-Communicating with influencers and asking them to promote our client's products
-Sending cold emails to potential clients to try and set up calls with them.
-Responding to emails and DMs
-Daily Instagram management
-Taking posts from TikTok and posting them on Instagram reels and Pinterest
-Creating Instagram accounts and using growth tactics

Compensation:

-Negotiable, depending on experience
-I believe in giving generous bonuses. If the company is making money, and you are contributing to that, bonuses will be given accordingly
-13th month/Christmas Bonus
-Pay raises awarded based on performance


Other things to note:

- We are growing extremely quickly, and you will learn a lot! I am looking for someone who is flexible and willing to learn new things, as we are always adding new tools to our toolbox. We currently use ClickUp, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, and many other softwares that you will likely be learning :)

- I am generally very flexible with the work hours. I have one other virtual assistant who works for our agency and she sets her own hours. As long as you are getting your projects done on time, the hours aren't too important to me :)

- I don't micro-manage. You will have a lot of flexibility with your work.
