Our company is looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated, friendly and experienced Virtual Assistant to join the team to assist with administrative, customer service and community management, design and social media tasks. The perfect individual would be someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, loves interacting with clients + customers, answering community questions, a proactive problem solver and fast learner.
This is a full-time position with room for growth that reports directly to our Founder, while also working closely with other key members of the team located in the U.S and the Philippines.
YOU’RE THE RIGHT FIT IF:
You speak and write English well
You have experience being on a Customer Service Team
You have graphic design/ video editing experience
You prefer
You have experience being on a remote team in a startup or tech environment
You love people and truly care about their success
You are creative and learn different tools quickly
You are extremely organized, delight in the details, and you don’t let little things slip through the cracks
You’re extremely tech-savvy
You’re an effective communicator, especially in writing
Your grammar and writing skills are top-notch
You make it your mission to find ways to make other people happy
You are familiar with Canva, Zapier, Asana, Slack, Leadpages, Thinkific, Thrivecart, Shopify, GSuite, Wordpress, SkedSocial.
EXPECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Provide top-notch customer service for our subscribers and students
Manage
Create graphics for social media (Pinterest,
Schedule social media content using scheduler
