Hello! I am looking for someone who is tech savvy and knows how to do research very well and write short descriptions to related topics. I am looking for someone who has a creative eye and has an interest in content creation. I will need help with my website, researching, and editing pictures and slide shows on CANVA. Someone who knows photoshop is a plus! I am looking for someone who is comfortable making a slideshow with graphics on Canva. You must know how to use CANVA very well. I will also need help with finding leads, looking for cars, apartments and event spaces in specific cities. I am looking for someone who knows how to make spread sheets. I am looking for someone who can DM people on my IG and follow up with people looking to schedule calls with me. I am looking for someone who can call places and research places for cars, event spaces and airbnb's as well as car insurance companies and car dealerships.

-Someone who is comfortable calling around and getting price and making a spread sheet with all the information
-Someone Organized
-Someone who knows how to use CANVA and preferably knows photoshop
-Someone who can schedule phone meetings with clients
-Someone familiar with Wordpress and can mange and oversee the website
-Someone who can help research and find event spaces, cars and apartments
-Someone who can write blogs
-Someone who can manage Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and LinkedIn
-Someone willing to research our competition
-Someone willing to look up marketing techniques
-Someone willing to look up and find the cheapest insurance rates for cars
-Someone willing to make spreadsheets
-Being good at math and knowing exel is a plus
-Someone who is comfortable talking to clients on Airbnb app and following up with them
-Someone who will look at other airbnb's in the area perodically and see how we can improve our ratings, decor and more.
-Someone who will research decor trends
-Someone who will manage an email list and make sure we are able to reach our clients via email and phone number
-Someone who will oversea my credit card due dates and statement dates
-Someone who researches the housing market numbers in Dallas TX, Los Angeles CA, Atlanta GA, and Miami (surrounding) FL
-Someone who can set up/update Linktree
-Someone willing to make a new Facebook for my consulting page and link it to IG
-Someone who knows or can learn how to make a watermark
-Someone who doesn't mind editing short video clips for social media
-Someone who can do graphic work, add graphics on pictures
