Social Media Brand Building & Marketing

Our company buys and sells houses, and we are looking to build and grow our online brand & presence through YouTube videos and other social media platforms. We will be finding and marketing to people wanting to sell their home. The successful applicant will be willing to work diligently to help us grow our brand & online presence and communicate with me regularly on zoom and take direction well. The applicant will need to remain adaptable as things are constantly changing on social media.

I will need to see that the applicant is creative and has a strong social media presence themselves or has already created a strong social media presence for another company. I will need to see examples of your work! Daily tasks will need to be documented on a google drive Excel Spreadsheet. Weekly trainings to grow your skills and keep up to date with the latest trends in social media & branding will be provided.

Skills the successful applicant will have:

- Build, manage & optimize social media channels:
- YouTube
- LinkedIn
- Facebook
- Instagram
- Content creation
- Facebook & YouTube ads
- Bring in more leads
- Grow our audience
- Understanding #hashtags & keywords
- Click funnels
- Landing pages
- Build email marketing list and create email content and nurture leads
- Creating a content calendar
- Consistent content creation & posting
- Managing the brand & audience
- Engaging with people on platforms
- Data driven and must understand analytics so decisions can be made based off data
- Video editing using wondershare Filmora and uploading to YouTube, Facebook & Instagram
- PDF creation using Adobe & understanding imbedding hyperlinks
- Need to have good English and be a good writer for posting social media content
- Researching FSBO FRBO collecting phone numbers

The pay will be dependant on the applicants skill level and experience. The applicant must be willing to accomodate working some hours during Central time USA. Hours can be split. There will beopportunity for a pay raise after a 90 day probation once we have reviewed your skills and achievements.
