Wanted: VA, Virtual Assistant, Operations Support Specialist (Work-from-Home/Full-Time)

ATTENTION: fast-growing American marketing agency is looking for a detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist (VA/Virtual Assistant) to work from home/fulltime:


Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry, encoding, processing tasks on a daily, weekly, monthly basis using Microsoft Excel
• Work closely with Account Managers to achieve client's objectives. You will be the AM's right hand!
• To undertake ad hoc projects as required for the development of the company and client's objectives
• Navigate Amazon Seller Central to perform various tasks such as data collection, downloading reports, data input
• Utilize and update project management tools frequently
• Monitor systems for errors and troubleshoot
• Help improve internal processes and provide input on how to improve them


Qualifications:
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills
• Fluent English level (written)
• Good English level (spoken)
• Reliable Computer and Internet Speed
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a plus
• Previous experience using ---------- is a plus
