JOB OVERVIEW

1. According to the Philippine financial and accounting regulations and industrial accounting regulations, and in combination with the characteristics of the company, be responsible for formulating the relevant working rules and specific provisions of the company's accounting, and organize the implementation after being approved by the leaders.
2. Participate in the formulation of financial plans, review, analyze and supervise the implementation of budgets and financial plans.
3. Accurately and timely carry out accounting and settlement work, correctly carry out accounting, fill in and review accounting vouchers, register detailed accounts and general ledger, and account for the receipt and payment of funds and securities, the receipt, delivery, increase, decrease and use of property, the increase and decrease of asset funds and the revenue and expenditure of funds.
4. Correctly calculate the income, expense and cost, correctly calculate and process the financial results, and be specifically responsible for the preparation of the company's monthly and annual accounting statements, annual accounting final accounts, notes and profit distribution accounting.
5. Be responsible for the financial management of the company's fixed assets, correctly calculate and withdraw the depreciation of fixed assets on a monthly basis, and organize the assets and capital verification regularly or irregularly.
6. Responsible for accounting supervision. Review the legality, rationality and authenticity of the original vouchers according to the specified scope and standards of costs and expenses, and review whether the approval procedures for expenses comply with the provisions of the company.
7. Responsible for the review and approval of the company's purchasing power.
8. Timely do a good job in the collection, compilation and archiving of accounting documents, account books, statements and other financial and accounting data.
9. Assist the superior leaders in the internal affairs of the Department and complete other tasks temporarily assigned by the director of the finance department.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in accounting, financial management and other related majors, aged 25-40. Holding primary accounting certificate or above
2. CET-6 or above, good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and can independently process English financial statements.
3. Familiar with international accounting standards, proficient in financial and office software, more than 3 years of accounting experience, overseas financial experience is preferred.
