And we’re looking for a Full-Time Accounting Specialist to help us manage our financial records.


What will you be doing?


As an Accounting Specialist for Augmen Digital, here are some of the tasks that you will be working on:


-Send and record client invoices
-Create and Manage receipts - both for sales and company expenses
-Process compensation for the team
-Process contributions pay for the team
-Manage taxes with the bookkeeper
-Manage the book of accounts together with our bookkeeper
-Manage the company’s cashflow
-Keep Quickbooks up to date with the company’s transactions
-Update systems related to accounting

What are we looking for?


In addition to the above, the following is a list of skills and traits that describe the Account Specialist we need on our team. If you have most of these, you’re the person we’re looking for.


-At least 2-3 years of experience in the field. (CPA and Non-CPA are both welcome to apply)
-Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus!
-An understanding of how taxes work in the PH
-Familiarity with Journal Entries
-The ability to read and process accounting reports
