Virtual Assistant that is Process-Driven and Team Oriented

We're looking for someone who can come on board and take full control of some of our processes as a Process Specialist.

There are different kinds of processes, but you'll primarily be working in the Digital Marketing industry and managing things such as incoming requests, task performance, and submitting reports.

We have systems in which we would train you, and your job will be to:
- Learn the current process and follow-through
- Provide feedback and ideas as you work to improve the process
- Communicate daily with the team
- Provide analysis reports the work that you do (for example, "I did this, and it wasn't successful, so I think we should do this"), and provide insights to improve the results
- Create how-to videos to demonstrate your knowledge and capabilities, and to improve processes
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs

You will need to use several tools and software to perform your job, so it is important that you have a basic understanding of the following:
- Spreadsheets
- Online project management tools (we use "Clickup")
- Slack / Communication tools
- Gmail, Google Drive
- Loom

You should also have a base technical knowledge to where you can perform tasks inside of a CRM as needed, such as:
- Setting up widget embed codes (copy/paste)
- Setting global variables in a CRM according to the business (being able to navigate through new software)

You should also have:
- A basic understanding of HTML
- A thirst for knowledge and self-development
- Excellent written and oral English skills
- The ability to research and problem-solve

You will report to your Project Manager.

This is a full-time position. You will be trained on our processes and will have the opportunity to learn additional processes as well.
