JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Google Ad Optimization Expert

We are TRBO ADvance and we provide marketing and advertising services to aesthetic practices. These practices - mainly plastic surgeons, medical spas, and dermatologists - offer cash-based/elective treatments to their patients. Our goal is to help drive more patient leads in their door and one avenue for this is Google Ads.

We are looking for someone who specializes in CREATING and OPTIMIZING Google Ads Campaigns.

The ideal candidate is one part DATA ANALYST, able to assess and organize data so we can see what's working/what's not and then make recommendations to improve, and one part TECHNICIAN to help create new campaigns and implement updates to better optimize ongoing campaigns.

We're looking for someone who is data-driven and who has a PROVEN track-record setting up and optimizing ads.

Job Requirements:
-- 5+ years creating and managing Google/Bing search ads
-- 2+ years creating and managing Google Display/YouTube ads
-- Must work full U.S. ---------- n be Pacific to Eastern time zone: M-F (typically 9am - 6pm)
-- Must be fluent in English, writing and speaking
-- Google Ads certifications strongly recommended
-- Experience running ads for: facelift, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation/lift, liposuction, tummy tuck, CoolSculpting, laser tattoo removal, laser hair removal, vein removal, botox/filler, or other aesthetic/elective medicine preferred
-- Organized and able to deliver detailed reporting on campaign performance, as well as self-manage deadlines and time
-- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, especially in regards to possible direct client communication.
-- Google Analytics experience (certification and training a plus, but not required)

Daily Tasks:
Campaign Set Up...
-- Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
-- Configure new campaigns for new accounts

Campaign Optimization...
-- Analyze campaign performance to spot trends, both positive and negative
-- Organize data from campaign analysis and note recommendations to media buy committee
-- Review data with the media buy committee to help formulate plan to make updates
-- Based on committee recommendations, make updates to campaigns, including adjusting keywords/negative keywords, ad copy, settings, etc

Also...
-- Keep up to date with search engine and PPC industry trends/developments.
-- Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
