Shopify Management, Social Media Marketing & Email Manager

I own a personalized gift business based on Shopify and we are searching for a virtual assistant to handle the following for us:

- Shopify management - site edits, add new products, track orders, etc.

- Email management (responding to customers, making order changes, solving issues with customers or orders, etc).

- Creating designs within Canva for Instagram stories

- Create new product listings within Shopify

- Work to grow our Instagram account with a quality following

- Being in contact with my team regarding orders

- Doing Instagram Posts and growing our Instagram platform

- Placing dropship orders online with our suppliers

- Applicant must have great English and communicating skills

We use Trello to organize projects and communicate with our employees for daily tasks.


Hours are 8am - 11am US EST and then 2pm - 5pm US EST. Applicant must be available these hours.

* It is important that you have social media experience as well as design experience in Canva and Shopify experience. Please only contact us if you have good experience with both. *
