JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a person with strong IT, Customer Service, and Vendor Management experience
to Setup, Manage, and Support the following
- Email systems (setup, migrate, backup, and support Microsoft O365 and Google Workspace)
- Computers Issues (windows 7/10, ms office, backup, printer, email) - onboarding, setup, remote support
- VOIP and eFax (Plan, setup, document, monitor, support, porting numbers)
