JOB OVERVIEW

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver a genuine Human Experience
- Bring energy and excitement to the team as well as our business partners
- Implement a technical support ticketing system for internal team members and clients
- Provide on-call support during business and non-business hours
- Perform installations and upgrades on computers
- Work with the Senior Developers for technical software issues that require escalation
- Work with the Senior Developers to document and make recommendations for client tablets
- Provide “IT seminars” for internal team members to improve their understanding of computers and computer software
- Assist with deployment, inventory management, and maintenance of onsite IT equipment.
- Create the necessary SOPs and guides to build out and train an IT team
- Maintain a record of IT problems and solutions, specifically for client tickets to help understand any core IT problems happening across clients

Required Skills & Experience:
- Internet connectivity
- Basic understanding of network subnetting, static and dynamic IP address assignments.
- Basic network (cabled and wireless) connectivity troubleshooting (i.e. ping tests and IP address conflicts). * Windows desktop operating system configuration
- Adding the computer to a Windows domain, creating user profiles, adding network printers, all control panel items, configuring - VPN, and mapping shared network folders. * Windows Server operating system configuration
- Experience with creating user accounts and groups in Active Directory and applying permissions to shared folders and printers.
- Microsoft 365, other messaging, and spam solution configuration
- Setting up and adding user mailboxes and e-mail distribution lists.
- Applying additional alias to user accounts.
- Configuring user computers and mobile devices to connect and send/receive from the messaging solution.
- Installation and support of commonly used applications such as Microsoft Office, AntiVirus, Adobe, third-party VPN, and database applications.

System Requirements:
- At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for back-up
- A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor and at least 4 GB RAM with a webcam
- Noise-canceling USB Headset
- Quiet, Dedicated Home Office
- Smartphone
