Full Time Web Developer For Ecommerce Platform (Join Core Team of 3)

WORK LOCATION: Remote, work from home
AVAILABILITY: Immediate
CONTRACT: Full Time
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 9 am to 6 pm MNL time

We are looking for a full-time Web Developer (Fresh grads are welcome to apply)!

Our company is building an ecommerce platform (similar to shopify/wix) that allows clients to build their own web stores after our marketing experience from building a successful ecommerce store. Founded in 2008, we are a team of more than 2 developers and more than 18 other staff from Asia, with many of our employees from the Philippines.

We generally look for attitude over aptitude when it comes to programming technical skills (PHP and Javascript), a history of proven execution, and excellent root cause analysis problem-solving skills are things that we value highly.

We predominantly build our technological systems with PHP, Javascript so knowing these 2 programming languages is a must.

The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Develop, test, and deliver high-quality code/software applications
- Provide maintenance and support within the assigned area of responsibility
- Undertake a range of analysis, design, software development, testing, and maintenance activities
- Analyze and resolve reported software issues efficiently and accurately while adhering to internal software management standards and procedures
- Under limited guidance adhere to high-quality standards in software development
- Understand application security & identify problems and fixes
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure high-quality standards in delivery.
- Prepare code documentation according to best practices and standards

In order to be considered for this role, it is best that you have the following skillset (but fresh grads are welcome)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
PHP (code igniter framework)
HTML, CSS and JAVASCRIPT
and
Knows how to work with APIs
Preferably to have 3-5 years of hands-on work experience in Microsoft Technology stack (MYSQL)
