Part-Time Project Manager

Position: External Project Manager
Compensation: $3.50/hr - Starting Salary
Hours: Part-time; 15 hours/week (Pacific)


Seeking to hire a Project Manager who is patient, detail-oriented, versatile, and has excellent communication and listening skills to help comfortably liaise with our clients.

The job will be 15 hrs per week to start at a $3.50/hour starting pay. This of course is just the starting rate for the probationary period and will be adjusted accordingly depending on our performance.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is a natural leader as you will be responsible for meeting and checking in with our clients and the team assigned to them to keep a pulse on their expectations; team performance and progress. Ultimately, you will be in charge of establishing rapport and understanding their workflow to ensure that the tea ---------- ets the client's expectations. We need someone that can represent the company in managing and delivering communicative and quality service to our clients.

Our Expectations

Must:
- Understand and review workload audits
- Meet with client to determine what the major goals are
- Attend beginning of the week meetings w/ clients & team
- Understand project management best practices
- Communicate effectively with feedback
- Document/report different teams performances
- Establish rapport with client & team

Bonuses:
- Develop more best practices
- Analyze team performances to determine needs
- Understanding of different PM apps (Trello, Asana, Monday, etc)
- Understanding of different PM systems (Lean, Scrum, Waterfall, etc)

What the ideal work week will look like:
Monday
- Meeting w client & clients team (going over expectations for the week)
- Meet with team individually about expectations
Wednesday
- Check-in with the team on task progress, make recommendations to team as necessary
- Internal reporting of different teams performances
Thursday
- Providing progress report to the client (making suggestions as necessary)
- Remaining hours spent on education
