Our growing coaching business for Home Builders & Remodelers is seeking a highly motivated, clever and innovative CHIEF PLATFORMS OFFICER to join the team, unsure what that is? Read more below:

As part of our team, you will have an amazing opportunity to learn more about world-class marketing, sales and anything else you want to upskill yourself both personally and professionally.

With a team of 20 already, we're not here to mess you around, this is a full-time and ongoing role.

Ultimately... We're looking for a PROBLEM SOLVER who loves a challenge and provides solutions. You don't have just one skill but a broad knowledge of all platforms and how they fit together

The core responsibilities & outcomes for this role include:

Top 3:
›› Build marketing funnel pages on drag & drop editors like Clickfunnels / WordPress / Ontraport CRM pages
›› Know how to use automation tools & email autoresponders (we use Ontraport CRM)
›› In CRM / Autoresponder, setup email follow-ups, tags etc
›› Will work with all automation tools like zapier to link our systems where required
›› Basic design experience to edit some images quickly, (we have a full time designer for 90% of work)
›› Can find your way through google tracking and analytics

Other tasks:
›› Edit existing websites to make any changes for us and our clients
›› Build marketing 'funnels' - website sales pages
›› Excel spreadsheet building would be helpful but not required
›› Webhook experience would be helpful but not required
›› Facebook and Google ads experience would be helpful but not required
›› SEO optimization is not required but we will be doing this in the future
›› Other activities that serve the team and business as required


The successful applicant will:
›› Be able to think for themselves and provide solutions. We offer full training and instructions but this is essential
›› Thrive working autonomously, remote work set on deadlines
›› Be driven by results and focused on outcomes
›› Be willing to be held accountable for the responsibilities of their roles, some days there will be no work and others will be busy
›› Be willing to continue to learn and develop their skills
›› Have high attention to detail & high accuracy level
›› Able to check-in and communicate Daily and weekly (with whats being worked on or if you need more to do)
›› Have used or able to learn Asana task management tool and slack messenger
