You Tube designer

I am starting a business You Tube account and plan to post 1 video a week. I am looking for someone who can edit the video clips I send and add my voice over with my logo at the end. This person has to be video editing savvy and be able to put a title and logo on the 1st clip. My clips will be about 15 mins long.
