SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Setting appointments, making calls to shippers
Manage scheduling for the office
Data Entry

Planning the daily/weekly work schedule of drivers to maximize freight coverage (locally & regionally) in a timely and cost efficient manner.
find loads for drivers.
Generate and manage partner accounts and ---------- municate and distribute appointment dates/time to ---------- municate and coordinate between all locations to maximize drivers’ time.
Assist drivers with any equipment issues, detention time, rail billing, and additional requests.
Manage DOT and Industry requirements for the company.
Provide excellent customer service to drivers, customers, and partners.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous Dispatch Experience in the Trucking Industry.
MUST SPEAK ENGLISH WELL
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective leadership skills.
Ability to build strong customer relationships.
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).
Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Must be accustomed to busy phones
Demonstrates time management and priority setting skills
Ability to adjust priorities
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up ---------- t schedule.

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday thru Saturday
