JOB OVERVIEW

**KEY DETAILS**
- MUST have excellent spoken and written English.
- MUST have VERY reliable power and internet to host web meetings with clients regularly.
- This is a FULL TIME position of 40 hours per week. 12 PH holidays and vacation time are included.
- Because of the Client meetings and the team coordination, most of the work will need to be done Monday through Friday 9am-5pm USA Eastern (GMT-5).


**BUSINESS SUMMARY**
At Websites For Anything, we design and build effective websites for micro-businesses. We specialize in helping locally-focused small businesses with up to 25 employees have a highly effective website that supports the way they build their business - through word-of-mouth referrals. We call this the "Relationship Website."


**POSITION SUMMARY**
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a client project coordinator. This tea ---------- mber will be responsible for holding web meetings with clients about their project, tracking the projects needs, following up with the clients, organizing content, directing the designer, developer and page builder, and handling administrative tasks for the project.

() Artistic Eye - Able to find and select images that match the Client’s work and the website’s style.


**RESPONSIBILITIES**
() Client Meetings - Schedule (and reschedule) and lead meetings with clients. Review design, collect feedback, guide discussion, and review deliverables by both parties.
() Coordinate with Client - Followup with clients in pursuit of their deliverables. Test and use different strategies that encourage client's timely delivery.
() Coordinate Content - Organize the client's content, identify and pursue missing pieces. Convey to team.
() Coordinate with Team - Provide instruction and feedback to designer, developer, and page builder.
() Website Administration - Basic initial Hosting and WordPress setup tasks. (Training provided.)
() Team Communication - Use project management, CRM, calendar, chat, and email to keep team updated.
() Strategic Development - Collaborate with the rest of the team as we seek constant improvement.

**EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE**
While there is no minimum education requirement, the employee must demonstrate maturity, respect for prospects, clients and supervisors, and a professional impression in communication, spelling, and grammar. We expect to spend time teaching you about our company, what we offer and how our approach is different from our competitors. We will provide video, written, and hands-on training on our tools and processes, but also expect you to be resourceful to find answers on your own when using new software.


**COMPENSATION AND WORK VOLUME**
This is a full time position with a monthly salary. We average 4 new projects per month, but would like to increase that this year. Training is provided and ---------- is expected that someone with 6 months of experience could coordinate between 6 and 8 new projects per month. Most projects complete within 5-8 weeks.
