Looking for Amazing FIGMA Wireframe Designers

I am the owner of a small web development agency that is looking to start scaling our efforts. I am looking to create a database of contractors that I can reach out to in case my team and I can't keep up with new client work. The description of the type of designers I am looking for is below. Designer Description:

I am looking for experienced UI/UX website wireframe designers that work in Figma. My team (designers and developers) all work with Figma in our web development process. You must be experienced in designing UI/UX wireframes from a description of what the client wants in the website. You will be provided with business details, competition, and elements that clients like and should be able to use your creativity and experience to craft a great wireframe for the website.

Responsive design is a must therefore your wireframe must include desktop and mobile versions for all pages that are needed for a certain project. Here is an example of one of the recent client wireframes that we completed: ----------

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English communication
- Experienced in Figma design
- Understands UI/UX principles
- Fast turn around time
