We are searching for a motivated individual to fill the role of part time Network Operations Center (NOC) Project Manager for Managed Services. This role (NOC PM for MS) will work directly for the NOC department and report directly to the NOC Manager / Operations Manager.
This role is responsible for being very familiar with all MS contracts and ensuring we (CIT) fulfill the terms and conditions of those MS contracts. As the responsible party for fulfilling contracts, NOC PM for MS will ensure we (CIT) is monitoring, maintaining, and keeping MS Contract clients systems running.
The NOC PM for MS will meet with Operations Manager weekly and monthly to discuss the planning and scheduling of dedicated
The NOC PM for MS will be responsible for reviewing monthly work progress directly with the NOC Manager and NOC SUPERS to ensure work is executed. There may be a need to review work progress with US Engineers as well.
The NOC PM for MS will read through all the (MS) contracts to ensure we (CIT) are addressing/fulfilling everything, and all required items are
CIT needs to fulfill 100% of client contracts in a timely fashion. The NOC PM for MS will be the dedicated Full-Time person who is a project management professional for the NOC ONLY – to ensure this happens.
PM experience preferred but willing to train in organizational process and workflow. The Right individual will be detail oriented, able to follow through, solve problems, anticipate issues and determine a resolution, take initiative, be proactive and see MS contract fulfillment through to completion.
The right individual will have excellent communication skills in Business English, both written and spoken, comfortable working with clients and leadership (internal and external), and be willing to participate in (and complete in a timely manner) significant training to understand what is required and how to get it done properly.
This role is Resp for fulfilling all MS contracts and will be held
Knowledge - Education, certifications, courses, training, and experience
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related and pertinent field – or similar On the Job Training/ Professional work experience
o with 1 – 3 years Project Management work experience preferred
• Background and experience Resource Workforce Management or Scheduling Processes
o With 1 – 3 years

? Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, etc.

• Encoding of invoices in ConnectWise
• Encoding PO’s in ConnectWise
• Expensify and QuickBooks
? Train to back up in the AR /AP Processes as part of Contingency plan
? Any other Accounting tasks to be assigned by the Senior Bookkeepers
