EXPERIENCED EBAY STORE MANAGER for UK Retail DropShipping
will be fulfilling the following duties:

WHAT WE OFFER YOU !!!
• Starting pay PHP 17,000 per month salary (40hrs per week)
• 5% commission on all monthly profit made from £1,500 to £2,000 (up to PHP 1,700)
• 10% commission on all monthly profit made from £2,000 to £2,500 (up to PHP 3,400)
• 15% commission on all monthly profit made from £2,500 to £5,000 (up to PHP 25.500)
• 20% commission on all monthly profit made above £5,000 (infinite PHP potential earnt)
• 1 day bonus pay upon hiring
• Variable bonuses for quarterly targets
• 10% salary raise each year (on anniversary date)
• Pay on the 1st and 15th of every month (pay every week for the first month)

DAILY TASKS you will be working on:
- Take full accountability of everything that is needed to maintain and grow the store
- Research UK competitors to copy their top performing listings
- Research hot selling items in
- Create optimized titles for listings using ZikAnalytics’ and SkuFetch’s title optimizers
- List previously researched hot selling Items on Ebay using SkuGrid and SkuFetch
- Fulfil customers’ orders on retailer's websites (order placing is currently manual)
- Update and keep track of all orders’ details using Orders Dash
- Upload tracking numbers into each Ebay’s order
- Provide customer service and address concerns by
- Handle returns, cases, late items, items out of stock etc.
- Give feedback to customers on Ebay (this may be automated once the store grows)
- Maintain strong store metrics, minimal defects, 98%+ positive feedback score
- Track underperforming listing and edit/reprice them for better results
- Fix occasional mispriced listings and other miscellaneous errors
- Request removal bad feedback form ebay customer service staff when appropriate
- Raising any issues with software to the service providers to resolve problems
- Create step by step guides of commonly performed daily tasks and adjust with time
- Train new staff on how to perform common daily tasks and support them if needed
- Work towards monthly targets established by the director
- Perform mixed virtual assistant duties required by the business or the director
